Enjoying another year of record crowds, Full Swing Golf played host to distributors from over 30 countries, existing and future clients, as well as celebrities, invited guests and members of the media in it's 5,000 square foot exhibit, creating a three day buzz that was felt throughout the Orange County Convention Center.
Appearances from heralded PGA Instructor and Full Swing Golf client Jim McLean caused overflow crowds that spilled out into the aisles daily. The highlights of his appearances were the one-hour clinics on the Full Swing Golf simulators where he provided insights and techniques in teaching acquired throughout his illustrious career.
Full Swing Golf also launched its all new, real-time, worldwide internet tournament application, featuring a special 3 Hole tournament played on the South Course at the world famous Torrey Pines - coinciding with the PGA Tour's Buick Open on the same course during the same week. The success of the Online Tournament launch kept all five of Full Swing Golf's simulators booked with participants as they competed and watched live, real-time leader board results. Participating players competed to win a trip to San Diego to play Torrey Pines - site of the 2008 U.S. Open.
Adding to the buzz were two full days of interaction, photos and autographs with professed golf nut and new Full Swing Golf client Kevin Dillon, one of today's hottest stars in both television and film. Currently best known for his portrayal of Johnny Drama in HBO's hit series Entourage, Kevin, who is a member at the famous Winged Foot Golf Club, recently purchased a Full Swing Golf system for his home in Malibu, California.
Record crowds, world-class instruction live on the simulators, on-line tournament competition, celebrity appearances, and the launch of a host of new products and courses helped kick off what will undoubtedly be the most successful year in Full Swing Golf's 20 year history.
